How it is calculated
Each currency is measured against USD using today's % change of its pair (EURUSD up 0.3% means EUR is 0.3% stronger than USD), then the group average is subtracted to show which are stronger or weaker than the rest.
Some traders use it for an overview, for example pairing the strongest with the weakest currency. It describes today so far and does not predict what comes next.
